Return and exchange policy and deadline?

If you are not satisfied with the purchased item for any reason, as long as the returned jewelry has not been worn, the original packaging has been retained, and the label is intact, we are willing to process a refund for you.

You can notify us of the return within 14 days from the day after receiving the goods, and return the goods within 14 days from the date of notification, giving you a maximum of 28 days for the return.

Return content: Please return the purchased item, including the certificate and gift box.

What are the refund methods and payment time?

After receiving the item you returned, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection and notify you of the result within 7 days. But during peak periods, the entire process may take up to 14 days to complete. If your return meets the conditions, we will refund you the full amount of the payment. The refund will be returned to your original payment path. After approval, it will generally be credited to your account within 1 to 3 working days. If it is not credited within the time limit, please contact customer service for assistance.

We are not responsible for any package damage, loss, untraceable, or lack of insurance during the return process.

Warranty/repair services?

Within 3 months from the day after receiving the goods, if the connecting chain and metal parts come loose or detach, you can find a local repair shop for repair. After providing a repair invoice, we will provide you with a repair compensation of no more than $20.

Please note that the wearing occasion of jewelry is an important part of maintenance. Improper maintenance behavior includes wearing during exercise, gardening, or manual labor. In addition, pearl jewelry should not touch perfume, lotion, shampoo, bath lotion, hand sanitizer, laundry detergent, soap, soap or other solvents.
